Been on HST, just about done and want to switch up my workout to give myself a change of pace. I'm sick of making up routines. Anyone want to make me a new one?

Goals: steady gains in mass, slight gains in strength, looking for a little more mass in my arms
Diet: around 2750 cals a day (bulking)
Currently: 5'8", weight=155lbs, bench press 275x1, squat 305x1, bf%10
Lagging parts: arms, chest is huge but arms are not exactly small but lagging still in comparison. I've always done barbell bench press of some form so it seems that my tri's would be rather huge, but I guess it's a good thing that I lift with my chest more on this exersize. I've isolated them with skull crushers and other various extensions.

Been lifting for around 11 years now. As I said I'm just coming off of HST. I would just like to hear what you recommend I go on after completing this, I would think to periodize and go to a once a week split after the high frequency of HST workouts, but I want to hear what some of the experts think...

Not an expert, but I'll throw a couple of ideas out. Since you say you are relatively happy with everything but your arms, here are a couple of options:

-go on a bulking stage and pick a mass building program. Be prepared to add some fat though, because as an experienced lifter, there's little way for you to add much more mass without some add'l fat (well, without doing silly things like going on the juice).

-try Ian King's Great Guns arms specialization program and maintenance for the rest of the body. You can find the program here under 'Articles'. Everyone I know who has tried the program has had good gains in their arms. The first time around, I added 1-1/2" to each of my arms. Second time around, only about 1/4" by the end, but I wasn't expecting much then anyway. If you do this program, you probably won't gain much in the other areas (like I said, maintenance), but it is phenomenal for getting growth in arm size. As you can tell, I really like that program.

Anyway, just a few thoughts of mine.
