Default Good, quick, simple workout

I saw a thread on another board on this workout. It looked like a good change of pace and is quick and simple. Here is the link.

EDT is a good quick workout. There are a lot of articles on T-Nation about it.

ok ok ok.

I gotta say/ask something.

How are we defining a quick workout? an hour? 45 minutes? Cause thats what I see typically in both the posted article and in EDT. I have no problem with this, they just seem more normal length to me.

Og, you can make EDT scalable to your time. It's suggested that you do PR zones of 15 minutes but it's not written in stone. Have only 25 minutes to workout? Change the PR zone time to 10 minutes and you can get 2 zones in. Supersetting 4 exercises for 20 minutes is a pretty good workout.

Actually, in the article I posted, he mentions the 20 minute time limit several times. He calls the workout the "20 minute thing" and it is also known as the 50/20 workout, because a popular goal of the workout is 50 reps in 20 minutes.

Here's what I've been following: 15 min warmup; 15 min superset 1; 15 min superset 2. Or, 15 min warmup; 10 min superset 1; 10 min superset 2; 10 min superset 3. All following TT guidelines. For the 2 supersets, I do 3 sets of each. For the 3 superset workout, I do 2 sets each. In/Out in 45 min. High intensity. Me likely.
