He probobly doesnt have a rope in his hands, he just videotaped him jumping around and waving his arms like crazy, then added the sound afterwards

I can't see the video from work, but pretty much everything Ross does is amazing. Can you imagine getting off tempo for just 1 second and have the rope whip your shins?

I've been jumping rope for a few years now and his tape inside the handle/rope joint will save me a fortune!

Clever common sense, lateral thinking that is always effective and to the point...you always pick up something from his articles even when you start reading them thinking it's something you're pretty clued up on.
