Default Realistic Goal setting.

Okay, assuming my diet is correct, where should I set my goals or "marks" for the following:

Current:
Weight: 155lbs
Height: 5'10
BF%: Unknown

Goal:
Weight: 190
Height: 5'10
BF%: 8-10%

What would be a reasonable time frame?

And how should I set my monthly goals?

One year overall.

Try for 10lb gain every two months. In 12 months, that will be 60lbs gain, giving you plenty of wiggle room to bulk and cut in that time.
