Realistic Goal setting.
Okay, assuming my diet is correct, where should I set my goals or "marks" for the following:
Current:
Weight: 155lbs
Height: 5'10
BF%: Unknown
Goal:
Weight: 190
Height: 5'10
BF%: 8-10%
What would be a reasonable time frame?
And how should I set my monthly goals?
