Default World Class Coach Takano has Seminar June 16, 2007 in LA

For any of Californians out there, here's a gem to attend..

Strength & Conditioning experts, Joe Carbone of the Los Angeles Lakers, Bob Takano & Brendan Murray are uniting for the first time for a seminar at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles on June 16,2007. The seminar is titled "How to Train the Elite Athlete: Program Design to Implementation".

Takano is a World class Olympic Weightlifting coach. One of his famous quotes is "Our lifters grow their own belts". Read more about their seminar at carbonestrengthcave.com.

Hope someone finds the info helpful!

PS Great site! I love to lurk here... this is my first post though.

I got a flyer in the mail for it.

I'm sure it'll be great and I'm debating whether to shell out the $300 for that or other seminars coming up.

Welcome to the forum by the way.

Default Thanks

Thanks for the welcome. I found it on clublakers.com board & saw Bob Takano's name.

I shelled out the $300 - - a few coworkers too. We'd rather pay for one piece of gold then many piles of shit (which is what you normally get at many seminars; why they charge $100 too, they know they're giving you crap).
