Hey
I'm 16 years old and on the J.V. Basketball team here in Beavercreek. I've just now started to really lift and I do not kno what is best for a guy my size. I'm 5'11 and 150 lbs (lol you can tell I'm a newbie at that weight) and I'm not asking for a weight routine because i kno how much work that could be putting something together and i dont want u guys to have to do that, but i want to kno if it would be better for me to do less reps with more weight??or should i be doing more reps with less weight?? If anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks
Evan

Hey, Evantc21 does you high school have acess to your high school's strength coach? You should start with him or her first. Otherwise the best solution for right now is to start off with total body work-outs and focusing on compound movements such as Squats, Bench press, Push Press, etc... 3x a week reps about 10-12 3-4 sets.

Hope this helps.
