Anything special we should bring? I know the obvious: Tape, bandages, ice packs, splints, casts...

Also, do you NEED anything for the retreat that I can help with?

I'd be happy to cook, but I'm fairly certain with the calorie requirements of these boys, I'd have to take out a loan

DOH!

Well, hmmmm, my diet is ketogenic, so I just might eat half that cow. But, on the other hand, since my shoulder is more out of commission today than it was a couple of weeks ago, I'll probably just be doing A LOT of watching so I probably won't be working up much of an appetite. Oh well, I'll get my injection on Monday so the ole shoulder should be nice and lubed up for the retreat.

At the moment, I'm a one legged participant. DANG, these guys asked me today if I wanted to play 2 on 2 and I said "why not" even though something in my head was saying "DON'T DO IT!" A freak turn (I guess) and something on the BACK side of my right knee/upper leg popped. I can't straighten it out completely but I've got ice on it.

I actually tried to finish the game on one leg... I still got a three, blocked a shot and made a steal but it was weak competition. THEN I finished my workout in the weightroom with mostly upper body stuff except some moderate RDL's which didn't hurt at the time. Some people just don't learn.

Anyway, I'm laying low for the next eight days to try to not be too gimpy by next Friday! Looking forward to it and let me echo the original question... anything special we should bring?

I was simply thinking that, since we had Bond already, we could have him demonstrate for us...

Sure he is...you haven't heard him being bashed in public by parties in Washington who shalll remained un-named, have you?

Kaiser, treading the political line a little too closely for comfort, but in a vain attempt at some Friday humor (i.e. feel free to delete this post).
