I am starting TT for Fat Loss tomarrow and am wondering if you guys think adam's diet would be a good choice to go along with the workout. Also any suggestions on a diffrent diet is welcome.
Also I have migrated here from the MH forums, and i am glad to say, im here to stay.
Also I have CLA, FLAX seed oil, and fish oil capsules and am wondering if I would benifit from taking them all, (CLA twice a day, 1 flax seed oil pill at 3 meals, 1 fish oil pill at 3 meals).. Should I take the Fish oil and flax at diffrent means like this:
Meal 1:flax
Meal 2:fish
Meal 3:flax, and so on.
Currently I'm doing TT4FL and Adam's Diet, and I feel so far it's going pretty well. You should probably try to eat 6 meals as suggested in Adam's Diet
