woke up early this morning about 5:15
5:40 began looking at some primary research data concerning protein and satiating effects , spent about 7hrs analyzing and comparing to some research i had already collected working on ideas for part 2 practical scientist
1:30pm outside training
agility-cones
agility-wide range non equipped
start acceleartion-varying starting positions
back to the protein and satiating reviews
also looked at the Protein debate today (thanks alan)
