Default Podfitness and Staley

Just recieved an e-mail directing me to www.podfitness.com

Anyone ever tried something like this? I know Charles Staley has great credentials, especailly with his EDT program, so having his name linked to it slightly peaked my interest.

What do you think?

I'm looking for something new to bulk up a bit this summer and this seems to be a unique approach at training.

I agree with the Free. We are lucky in that some of the greatest programs out there are totally free. (thanks to JP Fitness, T-nation, and the like).

I'm currently taking the NROL route, but just wanted to see what people thought about the whole Pod-trainer concept.

Seems very Body For Life-ish. I'm sure some people could get some use out of it.

I saw this concept reviewed in the WSJ, just yesterday. I seems interesting.

I didn't look deep into it, but I don't understand Kevin's remark.
