It makes me laugh cos everyone always says bulk first and then lose the fat as its easier. If its so damn easy why doesnt everyone have big muscles and a 6 pack????????????????????????
Fact is neither is easy than the other but if your goal was to ride a horse you wouldnt practice on cows at the rodeo first

IMO, you should lose some fat first. That's what you want, right?
Getting down to 11% at around 140 does seem small, but take a look at what other 22 year old's in Malasia wearing fuzzy hats look like. Are they thin and trim?
Personally, I'm guessing you want to look good to women, right?* When you get down to that 11% or so, at around 140, will you have the body that nets the chicks?
There aren't too many really buff 22 year old guys around here, and the ones that are aren't getting any more than the smaller ones.
Go where you want to go first, then pick the next goal.
* just being honest. I'm in the same boat. While I know women look deeper than a guy's body, not being in the shape you want sabotages your confidence. For me, I'd love to be bigger, but I want to be lean first. Plus, I think it will be easier to add muscle with less fat, starting at a leaner level.

I say, just right right and lift! Sure, there's a fast and extremely optimal way to go about it, but unless your training for a figure or other athletic competition in 2 months, there's no need to push the envelope.
Just eat what you know is right, execute a good lifting program and let it work itself out. You're 22% BF, so that will come down naturally. When it gets down to lower percentages you then have to start being much more precise.

my only advice (continued) is not to get stuck on "weight loss" mode. The gym is full of people that's been "losing weight" for 20 fucking years and they still look like shit.

Just "right right?"
Sheesh, I can't use drinking to excuse that one.
Eat right.

thats cos they are muppets that use exercise as the primary fat burn when they are over 20% body fat its like chipping away at Everest with a teaspoon, do the crime pay the time and the diet must pay the price

Post-workout: Fruit & simple shake
Breakfast: Spinach & cheese omelet
Snack: 2 great tastes

Roasted peppers

That's 5 shakes in total. Way too much. Any small simple solid foods you can recomend?

Well, chicken anyway. I don't eat rice much.
I agree, that all things being equal, solids beat liquids. Shakes sure are cheap and convenient.

I think what you guys said is much better advice than mine, working on habits will get you to those goals faster.
Simple foods? I literally survive on only cheeses, eggs, chicken and beef for my protein source. Fruits are very portable source of your portions of vege.

With hard work, you'll definately get there. But like has already been said to death: Don't focus just on 14 days. Also, has anyone else pointed out that "Being really strong and looking like a baywatch model" is neither simple nor easily attainable?
