yes...for good there has to be bad.

Can we be the good and the other forums be the bad?

In all seriousness though, a lot of us came here because this was the good and some of the other forums were the bad.

This site has changed a lot over the years. It is not the same JPs it once was. Is it good or bad? I don't know. It is however different. Either way the majority of people who posted once, still do.

Overall I think the board is positive. I like that JP will lock down threads and delete them if they are not going anywhere positive. I like that he runs it his way. It's a better board cause of it.

Thanks again for everything JP.

Og.

I'm getting a little tired of Chris's elitist attitude

Hmmm...We could get into a long, philosophical discussion totally unrelated to physical fitness about the possibility of something existing apart from it's supposed opposite, but that's neither here nor there for this forum.

Perhaps another time.

But, if he gets banned, that'll make me the ghey bastard of this group. No, he needs to stay, if for no other reason than to keep me from being bottom turd in the sh*t pile.:p

I still confused on why anyone was actually mad at ECs original comment. Maybe I'm just too laid back lol

I am too. I simply don't get it. I think it diverged from pointed discussion when we tried to define certain terms/titles/specifications.

It seems the arguments always starts up when we try to define terms.

I recommend we use Merriam-webster as the definitive book.

Hell, I never even read the article. I don't usually bother with EC's stuff. What a faker! In fact, I was the one that shot the video of the 635 deadlift, and it was Eric AND TonyG lifting that weight... we simply edited Tony out later on. I believe Eric "made it up" to Tony later on though... *cough*

I've been a little too laissez-faire in recent months. I've even been encouraged to post more again in the Training Forum (in general). I suppose it's kind of similar to when Superman or Spiderman "take a break", and the city falls apart.

My bad, guys! (checking bag for my spandex)
