Default New to TT, a Little confused-Please Help!

Hi,
I bought The TT manuals, great, great stuff and from a fellow Canadian! Anyways, to my questions. I was a little confused, as the reader a few posts below me, on the intervals. But I think that is cleared up. Intervals only 3 times a week. The core training- this can be done on TT day or an off day- if done on the same day it duplicates some of the excercises already in the regular TT workouts (plank, side plank etc.) so do you just do them twice?

Thanks everyone.

Here's what I've been doing:

Monday - TT Lifting Workout w/ Intervals
Tuesday - Core + Intervals
Wednesday - TT Lifting Workout w/ Intervals
Thursday - Core + Intervals
Friday - TT Lifting Workout w/ Intervals
Saturday - Core + Intervals
Sunday - OFF

I've had to shake things up during my beer league hockey season. But, now that my season is over, I can get back into this routine.

I'd rather err on the side of working too much as opposed to not enough.

If you feel that 3x per week is enough for you, then that's great.

But, you can always do more and not have to worry about your body falling apart. Just listen to what your body is telling you.
