Everyone should take the chance and listen to Mike. As I sat next to him for that first day of the summit my first thought is that I'm starting to get old but besides that I am getting old he is down to earth, a genuinely nice guy, extremely knowledgable and has a unique ability to simplify a complex subject seem. His presentation made my top 3.

Even after returning my rental I was at airport security by 4:30am ( whatta day ) . .kind of knew Sunday morning was going to be small staff #'s . . .

Like Mike I put upp a review at my blogspot . .what a great, great group. Mike really is a class act and it was a pleasure to exchange ideas with him:

Good stuff, Micahael. What a pleasure it was to finally meet you. Your presentation still has me thinking and I am going to be using your principles in my nutrition plan going forward. Thanks.

Great Summary Coach Mike. Your summary is spot on. You were certainly a valued attendee. I'll admit some of your questions flew over my head (not hard to do) but the ones I did understand added to the information I was able to get out of the summit and made attending that much more valuable.
