Default Progress Pics

Not of me. I seen this over at T-Mag. Dude took pictures of himself over a 4 year period. Kind of neat.

I think there was another post about this a while back. He's certainly made some progress over the years.

He was seriously shredded on 7/6/2003 and he really bulked up 1/1/2007.

Amazing span of transformations!

I don't know if he still keeps the site up, but he used to have a site where he posted DAILY pictures for a long time. He also posted his daily diet and training, too.

that was the most impressive thing, from day one to the picture 6 months later he must have lost 5-10 years.

Nice gains, but I'm not really impressed.
4 years is a long time in which you can grow way more muscle if you do it right, imo

He still posts everyday and gets more than 100,000 daily hits on his site. Only puts up his progress pics once a month, though.

Got to rememberr, its alot easier to go from 180-200 then it is to go from 200-220 (all muscle of course..).

I think its great progress. Im amazed at his photo-taking ability.

Maybe he could have gained a little bit more muscle if he really bulked up more, but he would not have stayed near as lean.

The pics at the end look like he's putting on some good size, could tell better if there were more angles though. Very impressive transformations no doubt, but more can be told from a side view. And keep in mind, as an FFB (as I am) it's very easy to put on fat, your body still has those fat cells waiting to be filled, so you have to be careful when bulking.

Very impressive...not just in what he was capable of doing with his body, but to have the foresight to document all of it! Very cool

His site as big as JP's, with twice the number of members, and the only moderators are him and his wife. The man needs to learn to delegate.

The best managers I've known have actually had very little to do on a minute-by-minute basis. My program director can often be found in his office reading the paper in the morning because he has good people in place and delegates responsibility. Of course, that doesn't stop us from giving him a hard time for appearing to be lazy

Very true, the senior partner at our law firm says that nothing would make him happier than seeing his 'fee earners' sitting back reading the paper during work. Leaving the senior assistants such as I to do the actual legal work.

I think he was only half joking
