Yes...cycle them every three weeks.
If you've been doing a ME bench for the last 3 weeks, change it to incline or floor press, or some other type of pressing. I think in the tutorial he gives you a list of exercises you can use.
Yeah, go til it it doesn't work, i.e. you don't set a PR. Then switch, beginners will be able to go longer than advanced lifters before switching.

Good question, I just started WSFSB last night and was debating when to change things up, I think I am leaning towards Frank / Jasons advice and just keep going

I also agree with them, especially with less advanced trainees you want to milk the exercise for as long as it will work. For example I've been making progress just flat benching for months now, but as long as I keep improving on reps or weight I'll stick with it.
