And the best part: all of this is available to you right

All you have to do is click this link below and either
browse as a guest or create a free user account.
Heck, even if you don't feel like browsing the forum, the
exercise database alone is worth your click.
We just posted this resource 2 days ago and here's what
people are saying already:

Thought you all might be interested. Lets you read everything, but not post.

I'm very proud of the new project...making available our entire knowledge base and exercise database was alot of hard work but I think alot of people will benefit from it.
And yes, this is part of what we intended to do for the "big" Christmas bonus, including making the forum knowledge base and exercise database available to all, even non-PN customers.
Yet there is still more to come with the exercise database. Actually what you see now was done some time ago. We just didn't want to keep you waiting for the rest. "The rest" will be truly awesome.
make sure to check out the video exercise library they just put up its damn good stuff.
I signed up and it has a huge amount of stuff in it, far more than I could comprehend in just a quick glance! Unfortunately the video library isn't among them, which is fine, we are talking free here, but I thought you should know.
I just signed up for Precision Nutrition over the weekend and am super pumped to dig deeper into the website this week. It looks awesome so far.

I bought the PN guide 4 weeks ago and have been utilizing it for the last month its awesome. I've dropped 10 lbs in 4 weeks, and dropped 4%BF down from 19%bf to 15 bf% very little muscle loss and zero strength lost so far. Not bad for starting cutting seriously for the first time ever.
Eating 6 times a day was a bit of an adjustment at first I was full all the time but now I am actually getting hungry every 2 to 3 hours I can definitly tell my metabolism has changed. I am interested to see how it will go when I attempt adding lean muscle mass as compared to dropping BF%.
Definitly the best investment made concerning proper nutrition I have ever made.

I will be starting my PN diet after my meet this weekend. I have been eating like shit for a long time trying to gain weight for powerlifting so I am excited to see how this effects not only my bf% but also my training.
I'm going to be re-reading my PN this weekend and straightening up my diet. It has gotten too out-of-whack lately with the end of the marking period craziness.

John, I signed up for a free account a few days ago, just wanted to check to see if my info went thru ok since I have yet to receive a confirmation email. Thanks!
Perfect...and if you want to make sure future forum-related emails don't end up next to the Viagara ads in your junk bin, simply add info@precisionnutrition.com to your address book and you should be good to go.
