Trying to put on muscle and i do this quite easily actually, eating enough helps hehehe.
Strength and muscle mass is improving, i would like to stay roughly the size i am now, losing 75 lbs has made me scrawny and i am just filling up again with muscle of course.
Well as for cardio thats my question to myself, i dont like cardio but do it because of its heart benefits (i guess its a habit of just doing it)
Don't have trouble gaining muscle thats easy with me, keeping fat off can be an issue but with diet in check no problems there either.
I am a maintance clerk part time at night at a mall so i do about 20,000 steps a day five days a week. Sometimes my job gets intense.
