Default deceptively tough core training!

So I tried advanced core training (second one) for some fun and it is pretty crazy tough. The mountain climbers look easy but they're not really.

Is one rep of a mountain climber doing the move with both legs? Or is that 2 reps? Same w/ the spiderman pushups...

Yes, 1 rep. I should have clarified.

So 30 mountain climbers is really "60", right?
That also means I only did 5 reps of the pushups, not 10~
