Default Front squat PR and form critique

I had a great front squat workout tonight and used my camera phone to video a few sets. Sorry that they are sideways, but I don't quite have the hang of editing video yet.

I would like for some of the experts to take a look at my form and let me know what you think.

225 x 6

315 x 1

I think from the sounds you may have tapped into an astral plane.

Why did you stop at 315? Looked like you had another 10+lbs in the tank!!

Great work, Paul. 315 is my front squat goal.

Thanks guys. Ed, you are right I should have gone for at least another 10lbs. I was so excited to hit 315 that I didn't even consider attempting another lift. Now I have a goal for next week.

Sorry about the sound, I forgot to mention that. When I converted the videos from the .3gp format that my phone uses to avi's and it completely screwed up the sound. I'll have to find a better way to convert them next time.

315 is a sick front squat. Great work.

Nice lift.

Wow - congrats!! A 315 front squat is incredible. What's your back squat max?

Thanks again guys. My back squat max was 365 a few months ago. I have a feeling it's going up in the near future.

Kuri, keep it up and you will get there soon. Once I really started to focus on my front squats the improvements started coming really quick.

I finally figured out how to rotate the video, and fix the sound for those of you tired of turning your head sideways.

There are a few other sets uploaded too. 1 deadlift video if anyone's interested in that. http://www.youtube.com/profile_videos?user=pjb923
