Unhappy Won't be able to make the Summit after all

I'm so sorry to have to tell you all this. I wanted to meet you all so much.

Monica is fine, however the bills for all the hospital time are hitting quite a bit harder than I had anticipated.
This is the part where being a man is no fun whatsoever. Unfortunately I know where the money needs to better be spent and I have to put myself on the back burner.
To quote an overused phrase, "A mans gotta do what a mans gotta do".

My only regret is that I won't be able to meet such a great group of people in person this year. You are all like my extended family and I deeply, deeply regret not being able to attend.

Please have a beer or two for me.

I'm not going either, but I know how much this meant to you. You are an amazing human being my friend. I pray that God continues to give you the strength you need. All my best to you and your family, always.

You're one in a million, T.

Sorry to hear it, but good job of manning up. You are showing that it isn't just muscle that makes a man. The muscle doesn't hurt, though.

Glad Monica is well!

You're doing the right thing to take care of family first. Good for you. We will miss you though.

That really sucks, Terry. Sometimes doing the right thing means sacrifice. I know that Monica appreciates you for being the person that you are.....as do we.

Terry - I am not going to be there, but I am proud to be associated with you, even if it is just an internet forum. You are more of a man than 99.99% of the people on this planet, and I admire you for that. Your kids have a fantastic role model - and I hope I can set an example someday like you have set.

I know it's a bummer, but next year will be here before you know it.

Let's co-ordinate and watch the DVD with messenger on and a few beers....it'll be almost the same thing!
