I have been lifting a little while now, and I notice that my right arm is DRASTICALLY and obviously larger than my left arm. I don't do any consistent activity that favors my right arm more than my left (I am a drummer, which requires more right arm action than the left, but I don't think that woudl be the SOLE contributor.) So lately I have been strictly using dumbells for my Bicep workouts and I have been working my left arm more strenuously than my right. I'm still having trouble noticing some results. DOES ANYONE OUT THERE have a good tip as to what I can do to remedy this problem, other than using dumbells and giving my left arm a harder workout!!! I could REALLLY use the help!!
