Default Fat Loss Confusion: What to buy?

A myriad of fat loss information products - which is the best to choose?

Is it the
Afterburn 1 and 2, Real World Fat loss manual, Human Inferno, TT etc.

All are fantastic products. But if I HAD to choose, I would go with Real World Fat Loss. Lots of practical info, backed by scientific research. If anything, it's a great resource to use as ammo for all the misinformed out there in the industry.

Tony,

Is Real World Fat Loss a manual for trainers, too. Or a program, like the Afterburns and Inferno?

It's not a program itself. It's a manual for fat loss program design.

Hey Tony, just read your blog post on the quote of the year, that's a good one. I've heard a lot of crap in the gym and just laughed to myself and moved on, and I'm no trainer myself (yet), but I would've ripped him a new one for that.

Both TT and the RWFL manual are great. Both focus on the principles of EPOC.

The new TTmembers site has a TON of content, it is really amazing what CB put together on there.

And with Alwyn's manual, you will have the knowledge to make an infinite amount of fat-loss programs for mulitple levels of intensity.

As an added bonus if you make it to the summit you can hear Alwyn speak on the fat loss subject from the man himself.

Shameless plug for JP over.
