Default TTT info

I'm just starting TTT. Was wondering how to increase weight for pushups so I read the explaination at t-nation on TTT, some things I didn't pick up from the book are mentioned.

Good read.

Don't worry about adding extra load to the push-ups for the explosive strength day. Just focus on pushing yourself off the floor as fast as possible with each session and you'll reap the intended benefits.

What i mean't was that i was going to add weight until i read the article and realised it was a explosive day. Haven't done explosive sessions so looking forward to it.

Also picked up to replace the dips on day 3 with tricep pushdowns. I was thinking maybe decline pushups but pushdowns work much better. Can't quite get 24 dips. Yet.

Going to read the old T-nation articles before commensing each new workout.

P.S Chad i'm loving all the workouts and am gaining some good mass (along with some fat but i don't like life without starchy carbs) and having a ball each session. Keep the articles and workouts coming.
