Feeling sensitive about your weight DOS? Little Debbie slipping into your diet again? Only a little while to get that sorted before they see you at the summit you know...

...I recommend barbell complexes!

(I'm being sarcastic by the way )

My personal picks so far... With these finalists, does anyone have any favorites. I think I am leaning toward the "hypertrophy one. Ordering shirts tomorrow! Jeez, this think is just a week and two days away!

The only thing I don't like about the hypertrophy one is that most of us here aren't about serious hypertrophy. Definitely a clever phrase though. Lemme think about the others.

Funny you should say that as it was my only reservation. I just figured most of you were, even though personally I'm not.

I'd expect to see that on a shirt worn by a trainer for the Rainbow Warriors.

I second FlyinM's motion for a slap.
