Default TT ...where to begin?

HI!!

I just purchased TT along with the bonus.

Where do I start? There are so many programs offered with the purchase...TT, 30 Day Fat Loss Workout, 4 Week BW Workout, 4 Week DB/BW Fusion Workout, 4 Week TT For Women and 8 Week Muscle TT Program.

Which program do I start with and then which order should I use the rest of them? If I am to start with TT, do I finish it COMPLETELY going through all the TT workouts, and then move to one of the other programs listed?

I am a 35 yo woman who is looking for a change in her workouts to shed some fat. I am 5/2 and 120lbs.

Thanks!

Yes, start from the start of the main manual and go through to the end of the main manual before using any thing else.

Thanks!

Thanks!

I forgot to mention I am not new to training...I have been working out for years, and I have worked with Alwyn on individualized programs for a couple years online with amazing results.

The past Summer/Fall was spent training for endurance events, and now I need a kick in the butt to get my body to respond and drop some fat.

TT looks like the perfect combo!

Thanks again!

Do at least 1 week of the Intermediate Stage to start. Then you can move to the advanced stage or finish 4 weeks of the intermediate.

Should I start with the Advanced Interval Training?

And I am having a hard time saving/backing the program up onto a CD. I downloaded it last night onto the wrong computer, my laptop, that does not have a printer.

Is there anyway I can be sent the link again to download onto home computer that has a printer so I can print the manual out and then save it onto a disc. My laptop does not allow me to print/save onto a CD.

Much appreciated!

My email address is on my profile.

I am an advanced runner (I run less than 7 min/miles during track, and about 7 min/miles during races)...so my ? is when I want to advance the intervals even more, how can I go about doing that? Increase the interval lengths? More intervals?

Pamela,

We do all sorts of things with intervals. Longer intervals, shorter intervals. Just change them regularly. No need to add more intervals. Just run them faster as you get fitter.
