Stuck...
Hey guys
I just finished 2 months on TMA and while I feel I have gain some muscle, I do not think I am ready for a super fat burning program, like the 10 x 3 for fat loss. I still want to add muscle to my frame, while loosing a little flab. Anyone can recomend me a good program?
