Default Fitness Blogs

Hey everyone, I've been really digging the blog format for fitness info lately and I've found a few good ones in the posts here and was wondering if anyone else had any good links. I recently installed a feedreader into my Firefox and I love how easy it is to check for updates, used to take forever to check all these sites.

I thought it would be cool to get a bit of a master list going so we all know where the good ones are, plus I'm sure the authors would like the hits.

These are the ones I'm currently subscribed to, some are good, some are great and I know my list is incomplete so please fill in my empty spaces:p

I'll leave this in the training forum here so it can be seen, but I'll make a stickie in the FAQ section for a permanent place to keep it.

Good idea, K.

I'm actually starting up a new site in the near future. I hope to have a more specific announcement to make soon. My goal is to do exactly what K Manley suggests -- round up the best of the blogs that are out there -- while continuing to do what I do on Male Pattern Fitness.

And the whole thing is going to be fully interactive -- easy to make comments, or even to post your own entries, which will also be enabled for comments.

I can't wait to get an official date so I can make a formal announcement.

Thanks Ian, the other thread you posted has already paid off:
http://www.tonygentilcore.blogspot.com/
I love Tony's stuff and had no clue he had a blog, I think Lou definitely has the right idea to organize all this stuff. Its tough to find good blogs through search engines.

BTW for those even newer to feeds than me: I use Wizz RSS to read feeds, it integrates directly into firefox so at any point I can just click a button and a panel shows up at the side of my browser and shows me a list of sites and which ones have new posts.

Instead of using a regular search engine like Google, you can also go to technorati and browse through blogs there...

Or use Bloglines ... which I like because then my list is available on any computer, not just my own ...

I now have almost twenty (19!) solid blogs on my list, thanks everyone! Why do I need so many? To ensure regular reading updates for my impatient, impatient self.

I don't know if it makes much difference but I always try to click an ad on a blog if its there. The ROI on blogs can be pretty shaky and I want to make sure these things stay around.
