Would any of you like to see a training log category where you could post your workout updates, and occaissionally receive feedback, but mostly just have a place to put down your workouts?

Tony could include his daily readings of The National Review.
I am not sure how this would work. What would be the advantage over, say, our normal everyday journals???

Fish,
The idea behind it is that if someone wants to keep an online log of their own workouts, they can. That way, when they are posting training questions in the training section and someone asks what they have been doing, they can simply provide a link to refer their workout. My preference is that the threads would be like Popeye's benchmark post thread (over at MH)... No one else should be post on that person's thread, but they can comment or ask questions about it in the training forum.

That sounds interesting, but I am not sure I am at the point where I know enough about this. I have been using generic programs (Super Strength, IronManual) and just tweaking them as I go along. Others may find this more useful, and it wuld be informative for guys like me to look at those workouts and ask why people are doing what they are doing...

It may be useful JP. There are some, like Johnka or you, whose workouts I would want to check out.
I don' think anyone would want to check out my recent workouts:
(last week):
M: no workout
T: interval spin class (50 mins)
W: no workout
Th: no workout
F: no workout
Sa: no workout
Su: no workout
(OK, admittedly a very rare week for me.)

JohnKA is over here??? I didn't know that! I don't remember seeing him post. I thought he graduated and moved on to bigger and better things... as if... Glad to hear he's still around, though.
Yes, I'd like to see an area to post workouts although the last time - the only time - I did that (on MH), the feedback was pretty much worthless. I would have a lot more confidence in the feedback over here for sure!
