Looking for some endurance program advice
Hello, during the summer I have a job that I need to commute to by bike. The ride takes about 1.5-2 hours at a good pace(ie: not stop and go). I havent done and riding since the fall due to life issues and I am looking to get back in shape before June so the commute doesnt kill me.
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about how to go about improving cycling endurance over a couple months. I am not sure how much time I should be riding each week and if it should be interval type stuff or longer sessions.
