Another great blog to bookmark!
Many of you know one of our resident experts, Bryanc, who has always been able to analyze studies and give us the low-down in almost English (I say that because you probably do need to have a pretty decent working vocabulary on basic anatomy/physiology/nutrition to keep up with him). Well, he now has one of the coolest blogs I have had the pleasure to read, and I think it will probably be one of the heavily quoted blogs on this forum once everyone figures out it's there.
http://evidencebasedfitness.blogspot.com/
For anyone who is unfamiliar with Bryan, he is a PhD and an MD, with a strong background in research. My favorite thing about him is how logically he can break things down and how he can cut through a really wordy study that will fly right over my head and translate it.
Visit it. Bookmark it. Prepare to do some serious learning from it.

Moreover, research methodology is one of his areas of expertise. He has a solid undersanding of exactly how these studies were conducted, whether or not statistics were used appropriately, etc. He's an excellent resource for this board.
