Default SL RDL form question

anyone have a vid of what the form would look like with DBs?
should i be holding 1 db or 2?
if im holding 1, which arm do i hold it with?

You can hold one or two, it's up to you. If you hold one, hold it with the arm on the same side as the leg you're raising.
