Default Just over a month...

..until the JP Fitness Summit.

I'm really looking forward to meeting you guys.

The current plan is to present on "Real World Fat Loss" (newly updated since last year) -- but if there is anything else that you guys would like to hear from me -- let me know.

Alwyn, you don't have to say anything. I just want to meet you and shake your hand.

I think you should talk about how cool I am.

Or that fat loss stuff, both would kick ass....

I strongly second that! I've got plenty of fat loss questions for you. I just simply can't wait to meet you in person.

I hope someone sent off an email to the beer brewers.

Looking forward to meeting you both, Alwyn and Coach Dos.

I'm willing to talk all day about that, no matter how much heckling, if I receive a small stipend to attend.

Starting to get the pre-summit not-able-to-go blues.

Sounds like a great topic to me, Alwyn. I'm really looking forward to meeting you.

And if I show up looking a little chunky, it just means I'll be a good test case for the subject at hand.

One of the nice things about presenting regularly is that I can update my seminar as I go.

Last week there was a study comparing steady state to intervals, and another study comparing diets that was published. I was also just sent some findings on a new study that won't be published until AFTER the conference.

I'll be talking about all of them (and anything else that comes up between now and then) at the Summit.

I would love the topic! Great!
I think it will be interesting to go over a few cases that you've had with men/women that had trouble losing fat (had lowered resting metabolic rate, eating low calories, exercising a lot and not losing), what did you do, etc.
Thank you
