Those are all great topics, Alwyn. I'm pumped to hear you speak.

I'd rather hear "fook" in the awesome brogue.

Alwyn, just wanted to say what a pleasure it was meeting you on Sunday in Boston and hearing your lecture ... it was great and I was AMAZED at how many of the people there did not know the information you presented!! I guess I take it for granted that everyone out there just keeps up on the cutting edge stuff ... guess not!! Anyways, it was a real treat to meet you in person after reading so much of your stuff ... and the workout was fun too ... I am thinking of you today everytime I try to get up from a chair!!
You summit attendees are in for a real treat ... I'm sad I won't be there!!

So sorry about that Dos... It was either that or have you at home at 8pm. I figured it you would prefer the earlier time.
And yeah, you won't be sleeping much so just count on that!

Alwyn's presentation is reason #1 reason. Hearing the word 'fook' is a very close second.
