I wonder if it's a rebranded "Muscle Prescription?"

Maybe it will actually get some real coverage now. Muscle Prescription was only available via MF.

Good question.

Yes, that's what it is. Same book. It kind of sucks for Adam, because now it's included in his track record when bookstore chains make decisions on how many copies of a book they want to stock (or whether they want to stock it at all).

In other words, he and Jeff may be penalized for the fact this book was repackaged and thrown into the market with no publicity or promotion.

You're always judged by what your last book did. Before, his last book was TAP, which sold well in hardcover (if not in paperback). Now there's a more recent book, which might muck things up. I hope not; stores have been stocking most of Rodale's new and newish titles lately, so he might not get penalized for this book from a small publisher.

Yeah, I had no idea MP existed, not entirely sure how I found THIS one. I just remember surfing and seeing Adam's name...then Bills...WTF?! So it got added to the list.

Bill ---> Jesus ---> My Wife

In that order.

No idea what's included in the book or if it's any good since there are no reviews ANYWHERE, but I'm always glad to support those two any way I can...afford.
