Perform Better March 17th- Still Spots! (Boston)
For anyone interested in attending there are still spots open. And like Keith said, this is going to be a lot like Ryan Lee's Boot Camp in terms of attendance.
Here is the list of presenters:
1. Mike Boyle - Advanced Program Design
2. Alwyn Cosgrove - Real World Fat Loss – Destroying the Dogma
3. Carlos Santana – Beyond Band Training
4. Gray Cook - Secrets of Shoulder Training
5. Lee Taft – Low Box Training for Athletes
And like I said many others will be there like Eric Cressey, Tony Gentilcore, Jimmy Smith, Keith Scott, Jason Ferruggia, and others.
Head over to the perform better site: Perform Better (JP's Link) to register!
I hope to see many of you there!

Also, I just got a room at the http://www.bostonparkplaza.com for $126 a night. So that may be the best place to stay.

I think it's dangerous having a seminar on a day when so many of the attendees and presenters will be so drunk.
Happy St Patricks though....

Its gonna be a great time. Just hanging with different people from the biz and other is worth the time and the money. And as was pointed out, St. Pattys day in Boston should throw a fun curve ball into the mix

Absolutly, and after seeing Alwyn's presentation for the 4th time, I am going to be able to fill in for him if he ever has to call out sick.
The best part is that his presentation is a little diffrerent each time and I seem to pick up something new each time. Not to mention I find myself laughing a lot

Also I wonder if Mike will be talking about how he is redesigning all of his programs to be less CNS intensive at this presentation.

I'm actually planning to go to the Perform Better Summit in May in Chicago. McGill is speaking at that one only, along with Gray Cook and many others. Can't do anything until my summit though. I'm a bit of a one-track mind right now.

I'm sure he will at least brush this issue....the changes he made to his programs are quite small and simple. I'm sure you'll be able to get more info out of him if you buy him a beer though
I will be arriving in Boston on Thurs. afternoon....then off to meet up with Jeff oliver @ Holy Cross on Friday AM....then to visit Boyle on the way back.....then to meet up with Keith Scott, ferrugia, Cosgrove et. al. later that day.
PM me Kevin....I will email you my cell # so we can meet-up.

This thing keeps getting bigger. I keep hearing of more and more people heading to Boston for this one. this really will be much like the bootcamp and one of the best seminars of the year.
Looking so forward to it.
