Default 1/4 Ton Deadlift PR

Finally pulled 500 today, felt pretty solid, but I missed 520 twice. Got some advice from another powerlifter though, said my starting position is great, but at the start of the pull my chest goes down and I'm not using my hips enough. I definitely could feel that when I failed the 520. He's starting up deadlifting again next week, so I'm gonna work with him, it's always nice to have a partner when you're trying to correct form.

Waitaminute. Did I read that right? You're going to try for 1000 lbs???

I'm damn impressed with 500. Great, great pull. If you hit 1000 sometime this year, well..... I'm not sure what I'll do, but I know I'll be even more flipp'n impressed.

Yeah, I took some Cell-Tech post-workout, and ate 7 Nitro-Tech bars today. So tomorrow as long as I take my Pump-Tech beforehand, 1000 should be no problem.
