Default TBT Question

How long can I keep TBT going if I keep changing the exercises and order? If I'm switching the exercises (compounds and isos) every couple of weeks can I keep it going indefinately and avoid adaption?

Until you stop making progress.

A: Only fix what's broken. Don't change an exercise for the sake of changing it. If you're making progress then you're making progress...don't mess with it.

B: You're going to stagnate at some point, it's just going to happen and you can't avoid it. Either you outgrow your program and need to specialize a bit, your body just refuses to play any more, or most likely you get bored. I wouldn't overly concern yourself with stagnation until it happens, you never know it could be a week or 10 years.

Default I knew that

Sometimes - I just need someone to point out the obvious as I can overthink things some times.

Lifting weights is most simple but a little complicated. Sometimes I like to make the simple part complicated.

Thanks

My number one goal is to wait until I've tried to think out every possible angle before asking a question on here. 99% of the time it's something pretty simple and I feel like a moron

So you're not alone
