TTT Questions
I cant find it anywhere now, but for day 1 for instance, whats the purpose of the a1, b1, a2, b2.
Is there an order here i'm missing somewhere?

It's supersetting Waterbury style -- So, A1 rest A2 rest A1 rest A2 rest (repeat for #sets needed) then use the same for the B1/B2, C1/C2 pairings.
