Meal Program Issues
The book gives us a shopping list of various foods to get going on the program. why, at the end of the book, when they detail meal programs, do they not use the shopping list ingredients? much time and energy could be saved from having to fit the food from the shopping list into the program list. Maybe i missed something, but what do i prepare these foods with? I'm well aquainted with the P+C/P+F formula. the quinoa, for example is not mentioned in the meal program and the also use other nuts and other various foods in place of the list...
