May want to send an email directly to Craig...you may even end up in his newsletter, if he hasn't already written on the subject.
Problem is diet...generally you have to be in a caloric deficit to lose fat. However, it's very difficult to gain muscle in a deficit. And vice versa, to gain muscle you have to eat over maintenance, then it becomes more difficult to lose fat.
It's been my experience that losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time is difficult and your progress will be faster if you focus on one or the other. Can it be done? Absolutely. Can you do it? That's up to you. There are many that say you should work to gain muscle and then cut the fat during a diet phase. There are others that say you need to cut down to a low level, then maintain that low level while gaining muscle. This is all highly, highly dependent on diet and nutrition.
Read up at the TT website, review the old newsletters. Also check out John Berardi's articles too.
Good luck!
