Smile Starting TT Monday, have questions

Okay, I quickly scanned through the program (will read it in detail over the weekend). Do I perform the intervals right after my workout? Or are the workouts and intervals done on alternate days?

I also like to walk during my lunch hour, it gets my butt out of there and off my chair. :p Would walking on top of TT be too much?

Walking won't be too much, I recommend that on off-days.

If you want to train only 3 days per week, do your intervals right after strength training. Otherwise, you can split it up.

Go easy the first week to get the hang of it.
