BBB Seated calf raise question
Hello all,
I am testing for 1rm in order to start BBB next week. I need an alternative to the seated calf raise machine. The only one my gym has is an old nautilus brand that uses plates where the pad rests directly on top of my knee caps and causes very sharp pain. I tried scooting forward to place the pads above my knees but this places the angle of my shin at about 45 degrees from my upper leg. Any suggestions?
