Default Breakfast Ideas

Gents,

I'm new to the message board, and have read S2B but haven't started yet. I'm 5'10, 165 lbs with a 30" waist and apparently I have 20% BF (with no visible abs).

The plan is to put on bulk while striping away as much fat as possible.

Anyway, I'm not big on eggs. Does anyone have any non-egg breakfast suggestions?

Thanks,
