One more week whats the head count JP? By the way I can't work-out too hard. I just had Chemo this week and my right shoulder for some reason is in excrutiating pain especially in the evening. And I have to do a boxing session with a client on tues. because I promised her. She help me out during my cancer a lot so I owe her.
I know I'll be in (shoulder) pain all week after the boxing session.

I called JP this morning and informed him that I wasn't going to able to make this fitness retreat . I was so looking foward to meeting all of you. But, under doctor's advisment I was told not to go. I am sure you'll have a great time and from speaking to Jp he will be a great host to you guys.

Hope you all have a great time visiting our fair city. As for me, they call me outdoorboy for a reason. I'm taking my wife, step-daughter and one of her friends camping up in NW Arkansas this weekend. I'm going to try and get in some trail running. I know JP will take great care of everyone. We should definitely grab a drink or something sometime, seeing as we both work and play in the city.
