Default weight benches

I am about to start the Turbulence Training for fat loss and was wondering what kind of bench should i get and is there a good brand I should get because I want to workout at home and I hate going to the gym. I already have a stability ball and a set of 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells. Also do you think that the size dumbbells I have will be sufficient for someone who hasn't work out in 2 - 3 years. If you could help me out I would greatly appreciatly it. Also thanks in advanced

Hey S,

Tough to say about the weight. Let us know how it goes.
For the bench, try to get something that is adjustable. You can try Play-it-again sports or garage sales.

As long as it is sturdy and won't break, you'll be fine.
