Question

After being fat for 13yrs of my life, my back bent inwards rather severe, so now when I run, i look like a retard who's TRYING to make his ass stick out, thus i dont run much cause i get paid out.

Any stretches/exercises anyone knows of to try and correct this technique [img]redface.gif[/img]

Gotta agree, never heard that term, but I take it from the context that you mean that you look downright silly.

Its hard to coach form issues like that without working with you directly. I would opt for bike riding! [img]smile.gif[/img]

Sucks that Mejia's joint isn't around anymore. He and AG fixed my sprint form for the most part (still need to work on the takeoff). RFG, without additional information, it simply sounds like you might need some abdominal development to pull your spine back into alignment, but take that advice with a grain of salt since I/we don't know much more about your situation.

FYI, former fat boy myself, first sixteen years of my life before a fix. Congrats on the turnaround.
