Yeah, it sucks. I was doing bent over rows last night and on my last rep on my last set I pulled my right lat muscle somewhere near the middle bottom right. I think it's pulled, or is it a pinched nerve? Anyways last night I could barely breathe hard without having a sharp pain in that area. Today I didn't go to school because the pain was still there. It's going away now, but definitely can still feel it if I'm not careful.

You think I should workout tomorrow anyway in the bent-over row?

I usually go by feel. There are days when i feel really sore and then the next day, i'm all pumped. If you can't do a lift without excessive pain (you must also understand the difference between pain and soreness), you should probably consider resting. Resting a few days won't hurt as much as having to rest a few months if you screw it up worse.

I've got too agree with Kevin T. If you even think you've strained something, give it a rest for a couple days - that wont hurt you as much as seriously damaging the muscle will.
