The channel is a pain for me to get over or I'd probably check it out. Fella needs to do one in Holland. That just opens all sorts of interesting possabilities

Blimey! That'll be awesome!

Eric is certainly taking the fitness world by storm. This is a breakthrough year!

Congrats Eric. You ought to be very proud of your accomplishments thus far. The jpfitness family is certainly proud! One can only wonder where you'll be in 5 years.

In five years we may all be posting on the Eric Cressy forum.

Now I know how the folks in the UK feel when we talk about a Summit in Little Rock...

Sounds like an amazing presentation. Be sure to post pictures!

I would love to come over to the JP Summit some time; maybe next year perhaps. Since the line up increases each year then 2008 ought to be spectacular.

I'll ask Eric and Nick what the policy is on pictures, particularly as I would post them here to help publicise future seminars.

Maybe this could be the start of an invasion of the US based trainers coming over to the UK

The next JP summit should be in Holland. Fun times.

jijin, Lilleshall is near Telford, which is itself nearish Wolverhampton, which is near Birmingham

http://www.lilleshall.co.uk/index2.html

It looks a great place. Mapquest tells me I'm 2 hours 4 mins away. Since it is a two day seminar I'm considering a stay over at a hotel nearby, but will probably opt for a commute.

Just found this info on the Lilleshall home page:

Quote:
The centre provides a general multi-gym, which includes a rowing ergometer, air stepper and cycle ergometer along with PowerSport single station equipment.

The Olympic free weights room is available for use by BAWLA qualified weight lifters.

Guess that rules me out lifting any free weights; I'm not qualified

Looks good, not sure I can afford another 100 pounds on top of the 800 needed for trip to Little Rock.

Hey Gang,

Thanks for the kind words; I appreciate you all coming along for the ride. I'll always be a small-town guy at heart, so I'm really humbled by all of this. I still have to shake my head when I think about people actually caring about what I have to say (especially if you consider I still yell at the TV during football games).

Eric,
I have admired your style ever since the exchange with coach Davies on t-mag. Remember him? LOL

My booking form will be posted Friday morning. I've also decided to stay over at Lilleshall; the commute is fine by car but there might be a chance to hang around with some folks Saturday night.

I actually live in Yorkshire, so not only am I a tight Scotsman I'm miserable too

I didn't get the Email, so not sure what happened there. I will be driving down, it's only a little over 2 hours away. I'm planning to stay at Lilleshall itself, but I haven't fully decided upon that yet as I may still commute. Newcastle is much further away so I'd recommend you definately stay over. If you download the booking form at www.winningedgefitness.co.uk you'll see a contact name, number and Email address for someone at Lilleshall to book a room there. It's just £31 for bed and breakfast.

I've posted this reply here rather than PM so other Brits might see it.
