So far i have finished 2 weeks of the Bill Starr routine that i am on. My squat has gone up from 185-205 for 5 reps, my bench has gone from 115-120 (which might not seem like a lot, but my bench usually takes a month to increase), my bent over rows went from 85-95lbs, my incline press went from 80-85, and my deadlifts went from 180-190.

This may not seem like a lot of weight changes, but this has been a lot of progress for me. The squats should have only been at 195 this week, but i did some math wrong with weights and it wasnt too heavy, so im sticking with this.

Congradulations on the progress. I benched 175 for 2 reps on Friday that was a new PR for me.

Congrats Dougerino Always cool to see numbers go up and old PRs go down. It's also cool to see all the football players grunting while they're deadlifting like crap and then watch the tall skinny baseball player go and pull what they were just doing sumo-style for reps without all the huffin and puffin

EDIT: congrats to you too CtA

that's great news man. As Kevin said - it's cool seeing those numbers go up (feels pretty cool too). Good job!
